For our second upscale home remodeling endeavor with this particular client, we immersed ourselves extensively in the pre-construction phase. We collaborated closely with Suffolk Construction and Millennium Partners, ensuring that the client's expectations for top-tier woodworking, finishes, and paint quality were not only acknowledged but meticulously met. Our partnership extended to working alongside Elms Interior Design for this opulent penthouse project.

This lavish space boasts a captivating cantilevered "floating" stone fireplace and intricate Venetian plaster, strategically positioned as focal points. To cater to our client's preferences, we incorporated essential features such as home automation, seamless media integration, and plaster-in recessed lights. The design palette includes high gloss black doors, sumptuous navy blue furniture, and striking brass accents, collectively transforming the area into a strikingly dramatic contemporary masterpiece.
