To ensure the utmost precision in our measurements, we collaborate with a third-party professional firm that employs Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) technology. This mobile, handheld scanner facilitates swift data acquisition, enabling us to efficiently generate 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit drawings and models. Additionally, it captures Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing information, including a Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP).
We support our clients by handling all permits, adhering to neighborhood historical requirements, and complying with base building rules and regulations. With over 30 years of experience in the city of Boston, we are well-versed in both the permitting requirements of the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) and the historical criteria specific to neighborhoods like Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the South End.
We cultivate enduring relationships with some of the most talented engineers in the New England area, specializing in Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Geotechnical, Geoenvironmental Engineering, and more. Whether you're contemplating the removal of a wall in your 1800s brownstone or planning to construct a new home from the ground up, we have the answers you need.
Equipped with a full in-house design team that comprises registered architects, we can produce and authorize comprehensive construction drawing sets. These sets encompass existing and proposed floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, sections, details, layouts, shop drawings, power plans, and reflected ceiling plans.
This is where the fun begins! We will schedule regular design meetings, both on-site and in our office, to discuss floor plans, finishes, appliance packages, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and more. We can provide samples or accompany you to visit stone yards, showrooms, and vendors you are interested in to assist you in the selection process.

Lastly we take preventative measures to protect the job site, using corrugated plastic sheets and PadNProtect runners to safeguard floors. Additionally, we employ corner guards, moving pads, drop cloths, and other protective equipment to prevent accidents and property damage.
